How to remove your data from our platform
You can revoke our access to your Facebook and Instagram accounts and delete associated data by following these steps:
Sign In
Sign in to your ThinkSierra account using your email and password.
Disconnect Account
Navigate to the Connect Accounts section and click "Disconnect" for the Facebook or Instagram account you wish to remove.
Data Removed
All access tokens and scheduled posts tied to that account will be deleted immediately.
Alternative Method
You can also remove the app from your Facebook account via Facebook Business Integrations . When Facebook sends us a deauthorization webhook, we delete the remaining data automatically.
